Your Role

As the Director of Performance Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global approach to performance and compensation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Performance & Compensation International/Global Mobility team.
  • Fostering a high-performing team through health-focused leadership and talent development, utilizing feedback and talent management strategies.
  • Creating an inspiring and performance-driven work culture.
  • Designing and implementing equitable performance appraisal systems that align with our business goals and respect cultural differences across regions.
  • Employing performance metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of our management systems and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Aligning compensation, benefits, and performance strategies with our overarching People and Culture objectives.
  • Conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation structures and analyzing trends across various regions.
  • Developing and managing global salary frameworks, ensuring consistency and fairness in compensation practices.
  • Utilizing data analytics to support decision-making and provide insights on compensation and performance trends, along with preparing reports for senior leadership.
  • Acting as an international expert in the field of performance management.

Your Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive professional experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management on a global scale, with a proven track record in leading international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating diverse cultural environments and understanding regional nuances.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
