About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales employees in the DACH region. As a key member of our Consumables and Supplies team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and developing direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share in the DACH region.
  • Manage a team of sales employees to meet or exceed financial targets and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales manager in a field-based team.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, remote team.
