Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to contribute:
- Sustainability Consulting: Actively participate in the strategic sustainability consulting for banks, insurance companies, asset managers, or in the real estate sector.
- Sustainability Projects: Implement and manage comprehensive sustainability initiatives encompassing strategy, regulations, and data & IT.
- Risk Management: Assist in establishing a sustainability risk management framework that aligns with regulatory requirements from relevant authorities.
- Innovation: Provide guidance and support in developing data & IT solutions related to sustainability, considering all aspects of risk, reporting, strategy, etc.
- Financial Products: Oversee the design of Sustainable Finance products (e.g., Green Loans, Green Bonds) and the development of marketing strategies for these offerings.
- Completed Degree in economics, engineering, social sciences, or natural sciences. Specializations in sustainability, sustainable finance, climate, circular economy, or ESG are advantageous.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sustainability, sustainable finance, or ESG within banks, insurance companies, real estate, asset management, or consulting firms.
- Basic knowledge of common standards and regulations related to sustainability.
- Proficient in German and English with excellent skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), a solution-oriented work approach, and enjoyment in tackling complex tasks.
