Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory - KPMG (m/f/d)

With extensive knowledge in finance and accounting, you will work alongside your team in the Accounting & Process Advisory sector to assist our national and international clients. As a trusted advisor, you will support clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including transitions from local GAAP to international standards or adapting to new accounting regulations.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to enhance our Accounting & Process Advisory services, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Assist clients in implementing and optimizing LucaNet as a sophisticated Financial Performance Management tool.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in LucaNet according to international or local standards as a managed service for our clients.
  • Engage in exciting carve-out projects as a LucaNet specialist, generating carve-out financials using LucaNet.
  • Provide consultancy to clients regarding the preparation of consolidated financial statements under international and local standards and their representation in LucaNet.
  • Additionally, advise clients on optimizing the consolidation process in terms of quality and efficiency using LucaNet.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of LucaNet.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory - LucaNet, you should possess a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with LucaNet and a valid LucaNet certification are required.
  • Proficiency in accounting standards such as IFRS and local GAAP (knowledge of US-GAAP is a plus) is essential.
  • You should have demonstrable experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and reports.
  • Experience working in a consolidation department or with a consulting firm or software developer specializing in Financial Performance Management is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in organizing and conducting workshops is beneficial.
  • Strong English language skills will complete your qualifications.
