Your Responsibilities

- As a Lead Consultant (w/m/d), you will provide guidance to our clients in the CFO function within Financial Services.
- You will apply your knowledge in areas such as accounting, reporting, or controlling while advancing digitalization in the finance sector.
- Your role will involve optimizing the organization, processes, methodologies, and systems in Financial Services, and you will enjoy collaborating with clients.
- You will participate in exciting technical and professional implementation projects related to accounting, reporting, ESG (EU Taxonomy, CSRD), data management, and reporting. We value a diverse team with various strengths and interests.
- To become a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) with us, you should hold a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- You should have professional experience in the financial industry or consulting in areas such as accounting, reporting (Abacus/BAIS), or ESG.
- Your methodical approach and strong affinity for processes (e.g., acquired during your studies) are among your strengths.
- You possess a quick understanding and are open to new topics.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English complete your qualifications.
