About the RoleAs a working student in HR Operations, you will assist our HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with tasks such as drafting employment contracts, managing contract amendments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also collaborate closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic initiatives like optimizing the candidate pipeline, enhancing job advertisement strategies, and managing recruiting analytics.
Responsibilities- Operational HR Support: Assist HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with tasks such as drafting employment contracts, managing contract amendments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic initiatives like optimizing the candidate pipeline, enhancing job advertisement strategies, and managing recruiting analytics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with employees, managers, and candidates, ensuring seamless HR processes and contributing to an exceptional candidate experience.
- Cross-Departmental Learning: Gain insights into the diverse functions of Free2move's departments by actively participating in their hiring activities, understanding their unique challenges, and contributing to solutions that align with the company's goals.
- You are currently completing your bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business, or a comparable field.
- You are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
- You are available for at least the next 6 months for up to 20 hours per week to support our team.
- You are a team player who works independently and in a structured manner.
