Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Service-Managementsystemen
- Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen und Fachbereichen zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele
- Proaktive Identifizierung und Lösung von Problemen in den IT-Service-Managementsystemen
- Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Servicemanagements
Anforderungen
Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:
- Eine Ausbildung in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
- Eine Leidenschaft für Servicemanagement und Prozessmanagement
- Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS-Office, Datenbankabfragen und Prozess- und/oder Workflowdesign
- Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
