Job Title: IT Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to join our team in Düsseldorf. As an IT Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and BAU change delivery of cloud-based applications in a short-term trading deal lifecycle management environment.

About the Role:
  • End-to-End Operational Ownership: Assume end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the reliable operation and BAU change delivery of cloud-based applications.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement measures through rigorous performance monitoring and the definition and application of relevant quality metrics.
  • Operational Insight and Transparency: Ensure transparency about the status and critical aspects of IT operations through proactive and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality and Incident Management: Conduct root cause analyses, extract learnings, and manage critical incidents, ensuring targeted preparation and communication.
About You:
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in roles such as Application Management, Operations Analyst, or Operations Engineer.
  • Cloud Expertise: Experienced with cloud-based application operations and environments, particularly with platforms like Azure.
  • Service Provider Management: Proven track record in managing internal and external service providers and teams.
  • IT Application Support Mastery: Broad and deep knowledge of end-to-end IT application support processes.
  • IT Operations Knowledge: Well-versed in IT operations, including best practices from standard IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
