About the Global Portable Security (GPS) Division

The Global Portable Security unit encompasses renowned brands such as AXA, Trelock, and Kryptonite. This division is focused on leveraging the strengths of these brands to deliver innovative security solutions tailored for cyclists and homeowners.

Position Overview

We recognize that our relationships with customers in the DACH region are pivotal to our success. We are seeking an OEM Account Manager who possesses a proactive approach and is committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.

The OEM Account Manager will collaborate closely with the OEM Sales Manager for the DACH region, playing a crucial role in formulating and implementing growth strategies. This position involves managing and driving OEM sales primarily through existing accounts. Utilizing customer insights and market expertise, you will contribute valuable input to product management and engineering teams to develop new or customized products.

You will report directly to the Global OEM Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction continuously (NPS).
  • Drive profitable growth in the DACH region by maximizing wallet share in existing markets and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Secure lock and light specifications with current customers.
  • Foster close collaboration with customer service, marketing, and back-office support functions such as finance and supply chain.
  • Contribute to the execution and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan, margin plan, and forecasts.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining regular communication with customer service teams.
  • Provide monthly reports on account plans, revenue forecasts, and activities aimed at achieving our objectives.

Qualifications

  • University degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the bicycle industry at a similarly sized organization.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to drive results and close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and motivate others.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
