Ihre Aufgaben

Als Service Assistant sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und geben unserem Autohaus "Stimme und Gesicht". Sie unterstützen unser Serviceteam in organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben und sorgen für herausragende Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie verfügen über gute rhetorische Fähigkeiten am Telefon und sind sicher im Umgang mit EDV und in Ausdruck/Verständigung mit Kunden und Herstellern.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben bereits eine kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung absolviert und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden gesammelt. Sie sind interessiert an Automobilen und begeistern sich für erfolgsorientiertes/ambitioniertes Arbeiten. Sie agieren eigenverantwortlich, detailorientiert, gewissenhaft, gründlich und sind bereit sich vielfältigen Anforderungen zu stellen. Im Idealfall haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen in einem Autohaus gesammelt (vorzugsweise technisch und/oder als Serviceberater, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung) und sind mit den Marken und Systemen des Volkswagen-Konzerns bereits vertraut.
