Service Assistant / Administrative Assistant in Service (m/w/d) in Cloppenburg

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and represent our car dealership with your friendly demeanor.
  • You will be available to handle customer inquiries both over the phone and in person.
  • Processing customer orders and organizing appointments are part of your daily tasks.
  • You will also support our service team with administrative and financial matters, such as creating invoices or maintaining customer data.

Requirements:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in the automotive industry, but we also welcome newcomers.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B).
  • You are characterized by excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Your work style is structured and always focused on customer satisfaction.
