About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our Amazon Europe Core team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics teams and contributing to the creation of an appealing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders on projects to drive employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Handle onboarding, self-service tools, and time/attendance tasks
  • Use dashboards to generate reports for managers and track HR processes
  • Support team leaders on employee motivation projects and gather feedback
  • Promote new initiatives and create an inclusive environment where employees feel comfortable raising HR concerns
Requirements
  • Experience in human resources and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Experience in confidential environments and fluency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with instructing new employees and administrative tasks
  • Basic experience with employment law and HR/payroll practice
