We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Stott and May. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our software solutions in the Banking Sector, specifically targeting the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Banking Sector.
- Manage existing key customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our software solutions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns and events.
- Utilize Salesforce and other internal systems to manage all sales activities and track key performance indicators.
- Work closely with sales leadership to establish quarterly go-to-market plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the Banking Sector.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer business challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate the value of our software solutions.
- Native German speaker.
