About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Einsatzplaner/Field Operations Coordinator to join our team in Gotha. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of service activities for our wind energy installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the necessary technical, material, personnel, and external resources required for service activities, based on predefined work instructions, technical documentation, and information from the technical support team.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation and materials for the service activities, including the coordination of external services and resources.
  • Evaluate the results of the service activities and ensure that they are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the service activities, including any issues or challenges encountered.
  • Coordinate the allocation of service tasks to the relevant teams and ensure that they are completed on time.
  • Verify the availability of necessary resources and services for the service activities.
  • Monitor and control the progress of the service activities and ensure that they are completed within the agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • A technical or commercial education is an advantage, but not required. We welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience and skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wind energy systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
