Our Team

We are a dynamic and innovative team, committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our Service department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our wind energy installations, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Operations Coordinator.

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to join our team in Gotha. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of service activities, ensuring that our wind energy installations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the necessary technical, material, personnel, and external resources required for service activities, based on predefined work instructions, technical documentation, and information from the technical support team.
  • Prepare and coordinate the planning of technical inspections and assessments of wind energy installations by independent experts.
  • Evaluate the results of technical inspections and assessments, and provide qualified technical opinions on the findings.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team to prepare and issue technical reports and statements on the results of inspections and assessments.
  • Verify the availability of necessary technical, material, personnel, and external resources.
  • Coordinate the allocation of service tasks to service teams, including scheduling and planning.
  • Review and verify the input data from technicians in service orders, and initiate any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Verify and record working hours, material movements, and external costs.

Requirements

  • A completed technical or commercial education is an advantage, but not a requirement. We welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience and skills.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, with a corresponding bonus payment.
  • Technical knowledge and skills are desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other common software applications.
  • Fluent German language skills are essential, with a good understanding of English language skills.
