Head of Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Development to join our team at Martinair. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market demand, customer feedback, and business value.
- Product Quality: Establish high standards of product quality, ensuring all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Market Presence: Promote Martinair's products and services through various channels, including marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering products that meet those needs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Proven Track Record: A strong track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Product Management Skills: Excellent product management skills, with a deep understanding of product development, marketing, and sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
