Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Product Development für unsere Zentrale in Hamburg.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Produktentwicklungsteams
  • Implementierung neuer Verfahren in der Produktentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung dieser
  • Einführung eines neuen Tools im Rahmen der Projektmanagements in der Produktentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung des Systems der Dokumentation der Entwicklungsarbeiten
  • Aufbau eines neuen internen Labors für die Produktentwicklungen und -änderungen
  • Pflege und Aufbau von Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzbarkeit der Entwicklungen im Abfüllernetzwerk (national und international)
  • Umsetzung von Produktschulungen (intern und extern) zu Inhaltsstoffen und Sensorik
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ökotrophologie, Getränke-/Lebensmitteltechnologie, Food Science oder Ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich der Produktentwicklung von Lebensmitteln, wünschenswert Getränke
  • Führungskompetenz mit (erster) Führungserfahrung
  • Sichere Kommunikation (deutsch und englisch) in Wort und Schrift
  • Creative: Denkst innovativ und hinterfragst den Status quo, um neue Lösungen zu finden
  • Entrepreneurial: Mit Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität treibst du Projekte zielgerichtet voran
