We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Enyring GmbH. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound logistics for our e-bikes, batteries, and battery stations across the EU and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the transportation of e-bikes, batteries, and battery stations from our production facility to the warehouse.
- Oversee the transportation of products from our warehouse to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage internal operational transport needs to support our business functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners.
- Optimize loading orders onto trucks to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track and monitor shipments and deliveries, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and rates with logistics providers to secure the best terms.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to transportation, shipping, and dangerous goods.
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the transportation of goods within the EU.
- Strong knowledge of FTL (Full Truck Load), LTL (Less than Truck Load), groupage, and last mile deliveries.
- Experience in managing inbound and outbound logistics, preferably with a focus on e-bikes or similar products.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with logistics partners.
- Familiarity with relevant transportation laws and regulations, including those related to dangerous goods.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle logistical issues and delays effectively.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
