Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our founding team to drive business growth.

Develop and refine prospecting, qualification, demo, and negotiation processes to maximize sales potential.

Lead and expand our B2B sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Identify and capitalize on early upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success.

A proactive and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
