Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead our hotel operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing guest reservations, and training staff to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage guest reservations and room assignments with accuracy.
  • Train and support front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor financial transactions and billing procedures at the front desk.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
