Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized recommendations.

  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our stores look and feel amazing.

  • Participate in tea tastings and events, sharing your knowledge and passion for our products with customers.

  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
