Category Structure Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Structure Lead to join our team at Visable. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our online B2B business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Category Structure Team: Collaborate with the Head of Supplier Content and Data Management to improve and maintain the Visable taxonomy.
- Provide Strong Leadership: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within your team, and transfer findings to the entire company.
- Oversee Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver projects that meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop Team Members: Offer constructive feedback to support your team's development, while promoting skill development and career growth.
- Shape the Future: Actively contribute to the development of our online B2B business and build an European champion.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Enjoy a flat hierarchy, relaxed atmosphere, and great team spirit.

- Qualifications: Successfully completed studies in computer science, linguistics, journalism, humanities, information management, or library management, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team, with several years of experience in taxonomy management and category system design.
- Language Skills: Native speaker of German, with a good command of written and spoken English, and other language skills an advantage.
