As the Lead of the Category Structure Team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Supplier Content and Data Management to enhance and uphold the Visable taxonomy.
- Provide robust leadership to a developing team, guiding them in achieving their objectives: to create and sustain a coherent, multilingual, B2B-centric category structure.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and timelines.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and learning within your team, while disseminating insights across the organization; clarify the significance of the category structure and foster understanding of the topic company-wide.
- Deliver constructive feedback to facilitate your team's growth, while championing skill enhancement and career advancement.

This is how you can impress us:
- Ideally, you hold a degree in computer science, linguistics, journalism, humanities, information management, or library management, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have at least one year of experience in managing or leading a team.
- Experience in managing taxonomies and metadata models, along with operational expertise in designing category systems, is preferred.
- You strive for excellence in both your work outcomes and as a people manager.
- You maintain high standards, emphasizing quality, reliability, and availability.
- You make informed trade-offs between immediate business needs and long-term quality.
- You are a native German speaker with a strong command of written and spoken English; additional language skills (especially French, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus.
