International Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern. As an Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
About the RoleAs an International Operations Intern, you will be the face of Indie Campers, representing our brand and values in person. You will be responsible for:
- Providing world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Managing client relationships, handling reservations, and processing payments.
- Aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campervans for guests, and maintaining their condition.
- Monitoring stock levels, restocking, and processing payments.
- Handling on-trip assistance, troubleshooting emergencies, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
We offer a comprehensive internship program that includes:

- Continuous training and coaching to develop relevant skills, including guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and more.
- International opportunities and a real chance of integration into Indie Campers after the internship, either in Field Operations or in a HQ role.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a student in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Be fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
- Be available for a full-time (40 hours) or part-time (30 hours or more) internship.
- Have a natural talent for connecting with people and a strong customer service orientation.
- Be a problem solver who thrives on creating solutions and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.
We offer flexible internship options, ranging from 3 to 12 months, with various start dates throughout the year. Please note that the internship duration and start date will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.
