International Operations Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a university student to join our team as an International Operations Intern. As a representative of Indie Campers, you will provide world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience during their road trips.

The Indie Commitment

  • We offer paid internships, with the amount dependent on location, country, and region (accommodation not included);
  • Continuous training and coaching to develop relevant skills, including guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and more;
  • International opportunities and a real chance of integration in Indie Campers after the internship, either in Field Operations or in a HQ role.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • You are a student in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field looking for an internship;
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license;
  • You are available for a full-time (40 hours) or part-time (30h or more) internship;
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures;
  • You have a natural talent for connecting with people and a strong customer service orientation;
  • You're a problem solver who thrives on creating solutions.

What Will You Work On?

  • Client relationship management: handle incoming reservations, register guests, process payments, and more;
  • Operations management: align reservations with available campervans, prepare campervans;
  • Quality Control: maintain campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
  • Stock management: monitor stock, restock, and process payments;
  • On-trip Assistance: handle clients' needs and troubleshooting emergencies.

Internship Options:

  • Minimum of 3 months and up to 12 months internship in flexible periods according to students' availability.
