Exciting Career Opportunity: Strategic Procurement Specialist at Zeppelin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives in e-procurement
  • Integrate new vendors into the digital procurement system
  • Oversee catalog suppliers and enhance their operational activities
  • Facilitate order processing and resolve user inquiries
  • Update and maintain supplier and order catalogs
  • Streamline the procurement platform and drive process enhancements
  • Develop training resources and lead employee training sessions
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on product categories and supplier performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Management, or a background in IT/Retail
  • At least 2 years of experience in strategic procurement
  • Proficient in Office 365, SAP S/4HANA, and digital procurement tools
  • In-depth understanding of systems, processes, and category strategies
  • Strong negotiation capabilities in both German and English
  • Effective knowledge transfer skills
  • Structured work approach with a high sense of responsibility
