Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Development team in Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, project development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of our project development, including market analysis, trend identification, and competitor analysis. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial aspects of project development, including market analysis, trend identification, and competitor analysis
  • Develop and implement business strategies, including budgeting and financial planning
  • Manage and coordinate external and internal project stakeholders
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, from planning to completion
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, project development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of business development, project management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluent English and German language skills
