Beschreibung der Stelle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Consultant Identity & Access Management, der Teil des IAM-Teams wird und den SaaS-Anbieter betreut, der operative Funktionen wie Identity Governance und Administration, User Lifecycle Management (JML-Prozesse), Rezertifizierungskampagnen und Segregation of Duties-Richtlinien bereitstellt.

Aufgaben und Qualifikationen
  • Unterstützung in der Rollenmodellierung und Rollenpflege
  • Definition und Umsetzung von rollen- und attributbasierten Zugriffsmodellen in KION- und Cloud-Umgebungen zur Durchsetzung des 'Need to Know'- und 'Least Privilege'-Prinzips
  • Implementierung integrierter und optimierter Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement-Lebenszyklusprozesse
  • Definition und Pflege von Richtlinien, Standards, Leitlinien und Verfahren für das Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen rechtlichen, regulatorischen und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen sowie der Bedrohungslage
  • Management von Zwischenfällen und Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung
  • Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Servicebetriebs
  • Implementierung von Identity Intelligence-Funktionen zur kontinuierlichen Überwachung und Meldung von Änderungen der autorisierten Zugriffsebenen
  • Gemeinsam mit den Experten in Deinem Team stellst Du sicher, dass die Authentifizierung und Autorisierung für alle KION Nutzer und Dienste durchgesetzt wird
  • Dazu leitest Du Projekte zur Sicherheitsinnovation, um proaktiv Verbesserungen der Zugangskontrolle voranzutreiben
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in einem der gängigen Identity- und Access Management Systeme wie z.B. One Identity, Omada, CyberArk, Sail Point etc. (Cloud-Umgebung von Vorteil)
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit mit Erfahrung in Identity and Access Management in einer hochkomplexen Organisation mit dezentralen Strukturen und mehreren Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung im hands-on Design und der Implementierung von IAM-Plattformen
  • Gutes Verständnis von Authentifizierungsmethoden und wichtigen IAM-Technologien, die in Cloud-Umgebungen eingesetzt werden
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse des Identitätslebenszyklus und der Servicebereitstellungsmodelle
  • Strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld in Deutsch und Englisch
