**About MT Aerospace**

**Your Role**
We are seeking a skilled Work Planner (m/f/d) for Metallic Components and Development Projects to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating work and test plans for metallic components and development projects, ensuring efficient production processes and planning work packages for production in close coordination with specialist departments and project management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create work and test plans for metallic components and development projects, taking into account pre-processing conditions
- Determine target times to ensure efficient production processes and plan work packages for production in close coordination with specialist departments and project management
- Design, develop, and optimize efficient production processes, including series start-up processing and equipment layout, as well as their implementation in SAP
- Provide proactive support in the preparation of technical quotations for components and assemblies by creating quantity structures, technical definitions, and boundary conditions
- Define basic requirements for special equipment and systems
- Coordinate individual specialist departments, create production orders, and take over production control in the areas of development, sample production, and testing
**Requirements**
- Completed further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) or a completed technical degree or comparable training
- Professional experience in work preparation for development projects, ideally with knowledge in areas such as forming, assembly, heat treatment, and metallic manufacturing processes
- Experience in the manufacture, processing, and assembly of components as well as in dealing with external service providers and procurement processes
- Confident handling of SAP R3, OPCQ, TC, and the usual Microsoft Office applications, CAD knowledge, especially in NX or Catia, and ideally experience with ISO 1101, 14405, as well as MS Project and MS Visio
