Investment Planner and Controller

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Planner and Controller to join our team at DB InfraGO AG in Augsburg.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to ensure the maintenance and development of our infrastructure, taking into account the 3-I framework.
- Coordinate the implementation of investment projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders within the company.
- Combine technical and qualitative requirements with the company's strategic objectives and financial constraints, optimizing the planning process through collaboration with relevant parties.
- Identify and propose countermeasures in case of deviations from budget and project targets, while continuously monitoring risks.
- Lead the planning, reporting, and control of investment projects, ensuring the accurate representation of project data in our company systems.
- Represent the strategic, financial, and technical interests of DB InfraGO AG in the owner function for our infrastructure vis-à-vis municipalities, associations, companies, and private individuals.
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Your analytical skills enable you to consider processes holistically, identify potential, and develop sustainable strategies.
- You are proficient in capturing, processing, and presenting complex relationships, as well as reducing complexity.
- You work confidently with standard MS Office applications and quickly adapt to new tools.
- You possess above-average commitment, assertiveness, resilience, and flexibility.
- You work in a team-oriented, structured, and autonomous manner.
