About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Planner and Controller to join our team at DB InfraGO AG in Augsburg. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and further development of our infrastructure through the elaboration and coordination of strategic investment measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure maintenance and expansion, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align investment plans with the company's strategic goals and financial framework.
  • Propose countermeasures in case of budget and project goal deviations, effectively managing risks.
  • Lead planning, reporting, and control of investment measures, ensuring accurate project data is reflected in company systems.
  • Represent the company's interests in the ownership function for our infrastructure with municipalities, associations, companies, and private individuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills to grasp processes holistically, identify potentials, and derive sustainable action strategies.
  • Comfortable with capturing, processing, and presenting complex relationships, reducing complexity effortlessly.
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications, quick to adapt to new tools.
  • Above-average commitment, assertiveness, resilience, and flexibility as personal traits.
  • Team-oriented, structured, and proactive work approach.
