About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Planner and Controller to join our team at DB InfraGO AG in Augsburg. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and development of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement investment strategies to maintain and expand our infrastructure, taking into account the company's strategic goals and financial constraints.
  • Coordinate the implementation of investment projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop countermeasures as needed.
  • Oversee the planning, reporting, and control of investment projects, ensuring accurate data entry into our company systems.
  • Represent the company's interests in the owner's function for our infrastructure, interacting with municipalities, associations, companies, and private individuals.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to consider processes holistically, identify potential, and develop sustainable strategies.
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications and able to quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, decisiveness, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented, structured, and autonomous work style.
