Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, Entscheidungsträger von Weltmarktführern und Hidden Champions von unseren Live- und digitalen B2B-Konferenzen zu überzeugen.
Deine Aufgaben- Entwickle maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Entscheider und berate sie bei der Auswahl der passenden Veranstaltungen.
- Identifiziere potenzielle Kunden und baue langfristige Beziehungen auf, um sie von unseren B2B-Konferenzen zu überzeugen.
- Leite den gesamten Engagement-Prozess von der Kontaktaufnahme über die Registrierung bis zur Teilnahme an unseren Events.
- Betreue unsere Entscheider vor, während und nach den Veranstaltungen und baue den Netzwerk aus.
Um erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du folgende Qualifikationen mitbringen:
- Hochschulabschluss in (u.a.) BWL, Kommunikation, Geisteswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fach.
- Motivation, exzellente Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten sowie eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit.
- Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen.
- Begeisterung für aktiven telefonischen Vertrieb und Betreuung unserer Kunden auf verschiedenen Eventformaten, sei es live oder digital.
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen.
- Eine herausfordernde Position in einem innovativen, schnell wachsenden Unternehmen mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.
