Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for Large Accounts (m/f/d) to oversee our operations in the North-East region.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary representative of Zeppelin Rental to our significant clients within the construction sector.
- Drive the achievement of organizational objectives through effective marketing and sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue and profitability benchmarks.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, transforming them into sustainable and profitable partnerships.
- Acquire new clients by effectively demonstrating our range of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations at industry events and to prospective clients.
- Foster customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty through service-oriented approaches and collaborative problem-solving with external teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales to large clients or a similar sales-focused role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong sales acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- Excellent analytical abilities and a solid grasp of numerical data.
- Relevant academic background, preferably in engineering or business, or equivalent vocational training.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous and supported by ongoing training opportunities.
- A valid Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel are essential.
