Our institution is dedicated to providing approximately 460 children with ideal conditions for learning, playing, experimenting, growing, and enjoying their time.
We operate as an open all-day school with a focus on Social Learning, Physical Education, and Gifted Programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Offering social and recreational assistance to students, Engaging in regular service and team discussions, Supporting and assisting in classes, excursions, and educational trips, Supervising children during meal times and organizing related activities, Participating in school committees and meetings, Attending parent meetings and conducting discussions with parents, Providing homework support, Organizing and leading extracurricular activities, Setting up and arranging educational spaces, Participating in training days and workshops, Organizing and facilitating holiday activities on-site, and Demonstrating willingness to engage in the organization's working groups.Qualifications:
Degree as a state-certified educator or equivalent qualification, Strong pedagogical background in working with primary school children, Flexibility to work until 6:00 pm, Ability and eagerness to collaborate effectively, Passion for working with children, parents, and fellow educators, Empathy and enthusiasm, Strong organizational and execution skills for diverse educational and extracurricular initiatives, Creative, artistic, athletic, or practical skills, Interest in natural sciences, Proficient communication and media skills, Skills in group process design and social learning program development and documentation, Confident presence and intercultural competence, with openness to innovative ideas.What we provide:
