We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Sr. Logistics Manager, Delivery Partner Network** to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our network of third-party logistics providers, ensuring seamless delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Partner with our Safety and Operations teams to ensure our logistics providers are operating safely and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Performance Optimization: Work with our logistics providers to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our logistics providers, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our logistics network.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our logistics providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on third-party logistics management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in English and German.
