ABOUT THE COMPANY

At project b., we are on a mission to revolutionize the payroll industry. Our team comprises experienced entrepreneurs with over 50 years of collective expertise in transforming various sectors, including construction, media, telecommunications, and embedded finance. Our goal is to enhance the payroll experience for every individual in Germany.

Payroll systems have remained stagnant for decades, often resembling outdated technology. We are committed to integrating process automation and advanced data architecture to fundamentally reshape how organizations engage with their workforce and service providers, potentially leading to faster payment cycles.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Startup Strategist to collaborate closely with our founding team in elevating project b. to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the founders on critical company initiatives.
  • Initially focus on growth and operational strategies, including:
    • Developing a go-to-market strategy by exploring growth channels and identifying market fit.
    • Enhancing user engagement among existing clients.
    • Expanding our audience reach on professional networking platforms.
  • Take full ownership of designated responsibilities while receiving guidance and mentorship from the founding team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential, as you will be engaging with clients in German.
  • 2-6 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a high-growth startup, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Operational experience, demonstrating your ability to take initiative and execute tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Munich or Berlin with occasional travel to Munich for team collaboration.
