Payroll Specialist

Flink is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation and administration of payroll for both headquarters and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the creation and administration of payroll for both headquarters and operations;
- Develop and implement information, certification, and reporting obligations for social security, tax office, and other authorities;
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers for payroll-related questions;
- Continuously optimize payroll processes and tools, and participate in the creation of reports and personnel statistics;
- Clarify and process issues related to maternity protection, parental leave, garnishments, and company pension schemes, as well as special SV cases.
- A degree in accounting, payroll, or human resources;
- 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-growing company;
- Profound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law;
- Previous experience using German billing software (ideally SAP) is desirable;
- Independent work style, reliability, sense of responsibility, and high focus on service;
- Native-level written and spoken German knowledge, good written and spoken English knowledge.
