Flink is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation and administration of payroll for both headquarters and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the creation and administration of payroll for both headquarters and operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and tools to optimize productivity and reduce errors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and to develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor, tax, and social security laws, and implement changes as necessary to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, payroll, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-growing company.
- Profound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Previous experience using German billing software (ideally SAP) is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Native-level written and spoken German knowledge, with good written and spoken English knowledge.
