Global Logistics Coordinator

Weleda, a leading manufacturer of certified natural cosmetics and anthroposophical pharmaceuticals, is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join its Group Supply Chain Management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in project planning, coordination, and execution. They will be responsible for managing international projects, collaborating with local operations teams, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute international projects in collaboration with local operations teams
  • Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Support the development of new products and product relaunches, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Represent the supply chain function in interdepartmental projects and initiatives
  • Ensure the effective management of supply chain risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strong background in supply chain management, with experience in project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Axapta
  • Fluent English language skills
