Supply Chain Project Manager (m/w/d)

Weleda is a prominent producer of certified natural cosmetics and anthroposophic medicines. With a workforce of around 2500 employees globally, our commitment lies in the development, production, and marketing of products that contribute holistically to human health and well-being. Our Group Supply Chain Management (SCM) department is in search of a Supply Chain Project Manager. This position entails the planning, coordination, and oversight of international projects, working closely with local SCM teams at manufacturing and distribution sites across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee international projects in collaboration with local SCM teams.
  • Engage with local Operations teams to align planning, address deviations, analyze data, and provide insights to SCM and project teams.
  • Assist R&D and Marketing departments in product development and relaunch initiatives.
  • Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional projects for product introductions and relaunches.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quantity planning, and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, specializing in Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience in project management and demand planning within an industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with raw materials, packaging, and production planning processes.
  • Self-assured, independent, and capable of performing under pressure.
  • Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English and a genuine interest in Weleda's values and culture.
