We are seeking a Program Manager in the Engineering sector to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate customer inquiries, including the preparation of quotations, with a strong sales orientation.
  • Engage in technical coordination, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and more with our clients.
  • Oversee development projects comprehensively - from proposal to prototype to the initiation of series production for intricate (fuel) systems and their components.
  • Actively contribute to the analysis of requirements specifications and document any objections.
  • Coordinate quality planning (APQP) and conduct technical feasibility assessments.
  • Organize and participate in the FMEA methodology (both internally and externally).
  • Initiate and support process enhancements within your role.
  • Conduct market research with an inquisitive mindset.
Qualifications
  • Possess a completed technical degree or equivalent in-depth technical/commercial vocational training.
  • Ideally, have gained experience in program management and/or project management within the automotive sector.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Demonstrate an empathetic and professional demeanor.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills, quick understanding, precision in work, and a high level of commitment.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, think entrepreneurially, and be highly collaborative.
  • Exhibit a willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
