As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development with Mercedes, one of the world's leading automotive companies. Your primary focus will be on strategically positioning IAV's service portfolio and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage offers with Mercedes, working closely with our bid team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote IAV's competitiveness with Mercedes, driving sales growth and improving our market position.
- Collaborate with our specialist sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement account strategies, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Mercedes' purchasing department, negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving market share.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its key trends and challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in German and English, with a strong command of business terminology and concepts.
