About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager:in to join our team at IAV. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth with our strategic partner, Mercedes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage our service offerings with the customer, working closely with the bid team to prepare and submit proposals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote IAV's competitiveness with the customer, identifying opportunities to improve our positioning and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the specialist sales team to develop and execute account strategies, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to process acquisitions and negotiate with the customer's purchasing department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer's purchasing department, ensuring effective communication and negotiation.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and customer management. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing and executing successful sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven sales experience, strong organizational skills, and good business knowledge.
  • Experience in dealing with customers at various levels, including negotiation and communication.
  • Strong written and spoken German and English language skills (at least C1 level).
