Financial Operations and Platform Manager

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick
In der Rolle als Finanzoperationsspezialist in unserem Gesellschafter-Büro sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Gesellschafter. Ihre Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Verwaltung der Gesellschafterkonten, die für die Finanzierung des Unternehmens von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind.
- Sie kommunizieren sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich mit den Gesellschaftern der Röchling-Gruppe.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die zentrale Kontenanlage in SAP.
- Sie buchen Zahlungsein- und -ausgänge sowie Umbuchungen auf Gesellschafterkonten.
- Sie ermitteln Zinserträge für die verschiedenen Gesellschafterkonten.
- Sie überwachen die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer Rechtsabteilung zusammen, um Änderungen im Gesellschafterbestand zu dokumentieren.
- Sie kooperieren mit unserer Steuerabteilung und verbuchen Steuerpauschalen für die Gesellschafter.
In der Funktion als Produktverantwortlicher für die Röchling Familienplattform sind Sie für die Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern der Plattform verantwortlich. Diese Plattform wird für die Kontenverwaltung und die Kommunikation zwischen Gesellschaftern genutzt.
- Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle Belange der Plattform, sowohl intern als auch extern.
- Sie sorgen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service-Provider und den internen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Plattform.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Backoffice und bringen Ihre Erfahrungen aktiv ein.
- Sie schulen Key-User und Mitarbeiter der Fachabteilungen.
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanzbereich.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung aus einem Family Office oder im Bereich Accounting und Finanzen mit, sowie Kenntnisse in SAP und Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungsprojekten.
- Integrität und Vertraulichkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und arbeiten proaktiv, mit starken Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Ihr Auftreten ist souverän, verbindlich und empathisch.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
