We are seeking a proficient Solution Consultant with fluent German language skills to join our Solution Consulting team and contribute to our exciting journey.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Solution Consultant at Prewave, you will:
- Work alongside our sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Engage throughout the sales lifecycle by targeting strategic accounts.
- Act as the value selling specialist, articulating Prewave's vision to potential clients.
- Conduct workshops for clients that encompass value narratives, return on investment scenarios, and calculations.
- Demonstrate our product offerings, both standard and customized, to prospects and existing clients, manage demo environments, and enhance the data utilized.
- Assist in preparing prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals (RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs) in collaboration with sales and IT teams.
- Create and maintain a master document for all RFIs covering application, technical, IT security, and commercial inquiries.
- Engage with current customers to gather insights on their business and technical needs, identifying their requirements and designing suitable solutions with our customer success team.
- Ensure collaboration across departments, refining and enhancing our unique selling proposition.
- Stay informed about product developments and releases, create additional training materials for key clients, manage demo environments, and improve the data utilized.
- Travel to attend on-site customer meetings and industry events as necessary.
Essential:
- Master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting sales or a value selling role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, SaaS, and Restful API software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to independent work.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent listening skills; capable of understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with native-level German and professional-level English proficiency.
- Valid work authorization for Germany.
- Experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and partners to implement a successful go-live plan.
- Highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.
