Lead SAP Consultant for Customer Service

Your Role:
As a Senior SAP Consultant (f/m/d) specializing in SAP Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and enhancement of the SAP system P58 across Siemens Healthineers. This global ERP system supports essential business processes such as order management, customer service, finance, and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
- Ensure that the CS functionalities in P58 meet business requirements by overseeing the development, maintenance, and deployment of features and interfaces.
- Establish global visibility of the existing SAP landscape and processes in Customer Service to drive process optimization.
- Analyze internal business processes in CS to develop solutions that respond swiftly to market demands.
- Explore innovations in the CS domain and assess their relevance for Siemens Healthineers.
- Manage complex projects that introduce new products, platforms, and system strategies.
- Oversee external partners involved in the implementation process, including functional and technical consultants.
Your Qualifications:
- A university degree in computer science or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in SAP Customer Service applications.
- Experience in rollout processes and at least one end-to-end implementation.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Customer Service, including interfaces with e-ticketing and dispatch tools.
- Experience as an IT Template Owner is a plus.
Your Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in international teams with a strong sense of intercultural awareness.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes (approximately 10%).
