We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our SAP implementation team, you will be responsible for anchoring engagement efforts, defining business processes, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Work on projects involving SAP Modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/EWM/ABAP/PP/QM/TM) and Logistics areas
- Execute changes in configuration and resolve functional defects
- Analyze client requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Coordinate with offshore teams for delivery and track/report deliverables to clients
- Build training needs for the team and develop a training program for better performance
- Prepare test cases based on functional specifications
- Work on interface issues (dealing with middleware and frontend issues)
- Create documentation like functional specs., functional design, back-out plans, testing results, and root cause analysis documents
- Participate in proposals and RFPs
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and discuss functional issues
- Interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails
- Handle client escalations
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior functional consultants and technical teams
- Good domain knowledge in SAP Modules
- Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA components, including logistics and production
- Preferred to be S4 HANA certified
- Hands-on knowledge in working with interfaces with 3rd party applications
- Strong working knowledge in pricing and rebate processes
- Good working experience in production support and ability to lead a team of SAP consultants
- Experience in working on implementations/Roll Outs/Global Production support
- Full cycle implementation experience in SAP R/3
- Diverse experience including business process analysis, implementation process, SAP system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance, end-user training, and production support
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
