Join our global team as a Senior Management Consultant (f/m/d) in (Clinical) Operational Consulting, where your clinical expertise will make a significant impact for our clients in German-speaking regions. Value Partners for Healthcare Consulting operates within the Enterprise Services division and is one of the most vibrant and rapidly expanding segments of Siemens Healthineers. We deliver a wide array of independent consulting services and customized guidance regarding the implementation of Siemens Healthineers' product offerings.
This role can be based in various locations. You will have the option to work remotely (within Germany) up to 60% of your working hours, in agreement with your supervisor.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting our consulting practice in its ambition to become a leading healthcare consulting organization globally, leveraging your extensive expertise to facilitate further growth in alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Leading projects within healthcare facilities, collaborating with project teams to manage customer relationships, develop efficiency-driven solutions, and oversee their implementation.
- Driving project acquisition and enhancing our Consulting unit's marketing efforts, including preparing proposals and contributing to the development of white papers.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand projects while maintaining open communication with clients to ensure successful outcomes. You will challenge existing approaches and provide well-reasoned arguments, maintaining professionalism even in challenging situations.
- Exhibiting a strong interest in the evolution of clinical processes and their practical applications.

Your qualifications and experience:
- A degree in medicine is preferred, with additional qualifications in economics (e.g., MBA) or other advanced degrees (e.g., PhD, M.D.) being advantageous.
- Extensive project experience in healthcare, with prior consulting experience considered a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the clinical environment, with relevant experience in a healthcare facility.
- Familiarity with applying standard technologies and digital solutions in healthcare delivery.
- Proficiency in clinical pathways, process analysis and optimization, LEAN methodologies, process mining, and design thinking, ideally with extensive practical application to enhance patient care.
Your attributes and skills:
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with fluency in German and strong English proficiency, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders in both national and international contexts.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in project teams and inspire others, helping healthcare providers in Germany and globally to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel for project-related and sales activities at client locations.
