About the Role:

The Amway Business Centre Europe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the functional Director. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions, including coordination of schedules, travel arrangements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule, including travel arrangements and expense accounting.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with the team.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documents, as well as take and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for the function team, including employee and distributor events.
  • Support the development of function and business plans, project lists, and overviews.
  • Manage time and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Well-founded marketing/business education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally in sales or marketing.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
